Michael and the team are great. They are very open and honest when assessing your vehicle and communicate the issues with you. They get straight to the point and don't try to take advantage with phantom issues- They fix what needs to be done and offer fair prices. They are now my go-to location for any problem that comes up with my vehicles.

Had two tires replaced and all four rotated

Brought in a 1999 Corvette for their evaluation - lots of deferred maintenance. They got the car “road safe” on time for the price quoted. Still some items to be done due to time constraints (mine), planning on bring it back to BP Napa.

Great people and great service. Brought my car in for inspection and if they find any issues or recommended services they let you know before hand. Unlike other shops who try and bamboozle you with the bill without your permission. Repeat customer for sure!

Friendly and did not give the impression that they recommend silly repairs. They boast of thier cheap hourly rates, but the ticket times they give are pulled out of thin air (I compared to Mitchell time). Wanted to charge 2.5 hours to do something I fixed with hand tools in a parking lot in 30 min. Brought the car back and it passed inspection.

Upon inspection it was noted brake pads would need replacing soon. Sooner rather than later I had that done.

I took my car in for its annual state inspection. Mike was in charge of customer check-in and check-out. He was professional and incredibly personal. And the post inspection feedback was very helpful.
