A few days ago, my mechanic fixed my car; the parts are brand-new—I have the receipts and warranties right here. I went to this place for a routine annual inspection, and they told me I couldn't wait inside the office, even though there were two empty chairs available. After that, I went for a walk for a while as they worked on my car—which took two hours for a standard inspection! What a complete lack of competence; it was obvious what kind of people they are—the type who like to sabotage cars just so the customer supposedly has to hire *them* to fix the damage. Ha ha ha—I'm not stupid! My car is in good condition, yet these guys tampered with it by doing something to it. They told me it failed the inspection and that the repairs would cost a total of $4,000—then they dropped the price to $3,000. Ha ha ha! Folks, be careful at this place... Today, I took my car for an inspection at a reputable shop, and it passed with only one issue: a bad tire—something the other place hadn't even mentioned. They replaced the tire for me at the new shop, and my mechanic discovered that the previous guys had sabotaged my car by loosening some of the brand-new parts. BE CAREFUL AT THIS PLACE!
