I will never ever return to this establishment. I can’t begin to describe how disappointed I am with the service I received. Beyond the lack of quality service, the manager’s pants were falling off of him exposing his buttcrack from the time I dropped my vehicle off until the time I picked it up. Where is the pride & professionalism? Avoid this place at all costs!

Really!!! I checked our system and you are not here as customer. If you trying to help Stinky 3059 guy who brought the vehicle with seized calipers professionally installed left caliper on the right side and right caliper at left is not going to work. NICE TRY TO RUIN THE PROFILE.

Just got ripped off for $175 to tell me I had a frozen caliper which probably took less than five minutes to figure out. Then they want to charge me almost $1100 to charge out a break, rotor and caliper that cost less than $300. Then they told me I needed to change out a brake caliper on the other side of the car that was brand new because the bleed out was on the bottom instead of the top. They are a big rip off. Do not trust them. They have no idea what they are doing. They keep adding charge after the charge so do not trust them.

Yep! break and rotor less than $300. Let me know where I can send all my jobs so I don't have pay technician and cancel the labor guides. ITS NOT A JOKE.

My experience with NAPA BP was way above excellent! I was greeted was professional courtesy and assurance that the were ready to adress the needs to assist me in getting my car fixed.
