Friendly and did not give the impression that they recommend silly repairs. They boast of thier cheap hourly rates, but the ticket times they give are pulled out of thin air (I compared to Mitchell time). Wanted to charge 2.5 hours to do something I fixed with hand tools in a parking lot in 30 min. Brought the car back and it passed inspection.

These guys have always been straight shooters. Super irritating having the kids take their vehicle to other shops in the area and getting quoted twice as much. It to me over a decade to find a shop that isn't trying to up sell you stuff. #notabot
