Went for inspection for a 4-year-old car with 11,000 miles. Got rejection for " The wiper blades are no longer clearing the windshield as designed" Tested the wiper blades after picking up the car: left blade was leaving a tiny, unremarkable streak on the windshield. Wanted to charge me $50 to replace the wipers. So bottom line: for example, if a car has hazed headlights, the entire assembly needs to be replaced because they no longer function as designed? Both my vehicle were serviced there, now they lost my business just because wanted to make quick $50.00

It was the last day of the month, and the place I normally take my car for inspection told me they were taking appointments only, the earliest available slot being 3 days later. I called NAPA BP when they opened, and Joshua was able to get my car inspected that same day before it was time for me to go to work without hesitation. The repair I needed was taken care of quickly and the price seemed reasonable. My mom took her car to a different city for inspection and said that she wished she knew about this place since it was close by.
