We appreciate you bringing your Chevy Impala 2016 with 159k miles for a due state inspection however we do not appreciate for this negative review. Your car was failed for struts and control arms the immediate attentions. see below the tech findings: ------------------------------------------------------------------------- battery charging system check needed per cluster Battery: Needs Attention Immediately suggest alternator test Coolant:: Level LoW suggest flush to adjust level Engine Oil:: Contaminated dark fluid suggest treatment with oil change Shocks & Struts:: OEM Interval suggest replacing based off mileage and age . Bushings:: Worn lower front motor mount have excessive movement fail inspection Control Arms / Shafts:: Excessive Play front left lower control arm have excessive play fail inspection rear lower motor mount have excessive movement fail inspection . Rear Brake Pad/Shoes: Visual Inspection OK heard noise on test drive but didn't see anything a closer look would be needed ( brake diagnosis ) Left Front Tire: Needs Attention Immediately Comments: 235/50r18 suggest replacing if not rotate to rear with a balance & alignment Right Front Tire: Needs Attention Immediately uneven tire wear worn outside edges worn outside edges suggest alignment Right Rear Tire: Inspected & OK At This Time suggest rotation balance with an alignment . Technician Notes: suggest replacing lug nuts due to them being swollen is the correct size of tire kit will have issue if needed ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Let us know if anything else you do not like it PLEASE!!!!!!
