Came in for state inspection and came out with a rejection sticker and a $20 loss for slightly low power steering fluid, just below the cold min. 🤦Mechanic guessing possible leak and suggest dye to trace leak. They took picture of my old engine oil leak underneath the engine that I had a few months ago that has been fixed and thought that was the power steering fluid leak.🤣. I added a little bit of power steering fluid and drove it for 7 days with no sign of fluid level dropping. Took my car elsewhere for inspection and passed. This place want to fix things that's not broken, ie steal your money. They probably have never driven a car without power steering. What's a power a power steering fluid, again?🤣. Update: state inspection cost is not subject to state or local tax. It's capped at $20. You charged me $20.60. Get your act together. I don't appreciate your business!
OK! so you clear picture here why your vehicle was rejected. Ur review is not appreciated at all. I will check the system to see what happened when I am at shop. Update: You are bringing your Lexus 2011 GX460 with 192k miles each year since 2023 just for inspection and each year its being rejected for many reasons. Next year do me a favor, take it to the place where its getting pass each year but don't bother my techs here because they are doing what commonwealth Trooper has instructed them to do so!!!!!!!!!
