Communications were terrible. Standard attempts to up-sell services for vehicle that were unknown/unnecessary. I got a text, an email, AND a phone call saying my inspection was complete. I tried to get the car 3-hours later but they still had not put the sticker on and refused to do it so that I could pick up the vehicle, saying ‘I only have one tech and he’s working on another vehicle now’. I asked why and they said they waited because I might have asked for additional services but when pressed about how that affects the inspection they would only say ‘it’s the last thing we do’. I had to go back again later to get the car. The icing on the cake was that they couldn’t be bothered to clean the adhesive from the area where they removed the old sticker and just put the new sticker next to the mess instead. I would NOT recommend this garage.
Eben, We sent you the 32 point courtesy inspection report via text and email. We called you couple of time to see if you are interested for the recommended repair from the report we sent you. We were waiting the response from you in case you are interested to repair the recommendations. We are sorry if you don't like the procedure we follow.
