I don’t recommend this place at all. I spend $2.500 to fix a problem and the problem wasn’t solved. And when I came back there they wanted to charge me $2.000 more to fix the same problem. Don’t go there try to find someone that you can trust.There is no way to replay your answer so I’m gonna answer your here, so I paid for a diagnosis and to fix the problem and you said when I went to pick it up that was all good just the horns you had no time, and I paid for everything. And the next day start the problem starts again and we went back and you just checked the same problem and the horn that was supposed to be checked the last time( because I paid ) you charged almost $500 just to look at it and nothing was fixed. And to “fix” the problem would cost $2.000 . And if you look on other’s reviews I’m not the only one who has the same problem with you. Fraud

Oliveira, We understand your frustration that your recent purchased 2006 commercial Chevy express comes with a lots of problem. You brought the vehicle for Check engine light Diag, leaking water pump, brake replacement and asked us to performed the a full tuneup which we did for $1,993.86 parts and labor. We used all top notch industry standards BG products and Napa genuine parts so you can get 24000 miles or 24 months warranty. After a week you came back for Horn which was associated with after market parts and wires were rip apart and hanging inside the dash. Our Tech spent 3 hours for HORN INOP. In order to move further we asked you for more time or another route to fix problem which cost you less. Here is his recommendation: "DIAGNOSIS OF HORN FOUND THE FOLLOWING. WE APPLIED VOLTAGE AND GROUND TO HORN AND FOUND HORN NOT WORKING. REPLACED HORN WITH NEW, AND HORN STILL DOES NOT OPERATE. WE CHECKED CONDITION OF HORN RELAY AND IT IS NOT OPERATING WHEN HORN IS SWITCHED ON. HORN RELAY IS SERVICEABLE. WE BELIEVE THERE IS A BROKEN WIRE IN HORN CIRCUIT SOMEWHERE IN STEERING COLUMN OR DASHBOARD. WE RECOMMEND RELOCATING HORN SWITCH TO PUSH BUTTON ON DASH. THIS IS THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE MEASURE TO RESTORE HORN FUNCTION. WE FOUND FLUID LEAK COMING FROM DIAGNOSIS OF HORN FOUND THE FOLLOWING. The leak from HYDRO-BOOST POWER STEERING PUMP AND PRESSURE HOSE FROM PUMP TO HYDRO-BOOST was not present at the time we serviced your van. What you don't understand that if you have brought the vehicle as Pre Purchase Inspection the time you were purchasing this commercial van the out come won't be this way and would only cost you $69.95 which saves bunch of headaches. I am totally dissatisfied, they charged me a very high amount to fix a problem in my car, they didn't fix it, I went back there for them to fix the same thing I had paid, but they charged me again and they didn't fix it again, and they wanted to charge me again 2 thousand dollars to return and fix what they had already charged me. Two stars for customer service and friendliness, but outside of that ALWAYS CHECK IF YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF!! Attempted to charge me $2,400 for repairs to pass inspection and an oil change. Changing tire rod, rotors, air filters, and brake pads - plus switching out LED lights for basic lights. Told me I’d have to wait a few days for parts. Went to common car store. Spent less than 500$ for all parts (they had them all in stock). Store changed my lights for free (BP was charging hundreds for it). Employee laughed at the estimate of 5 hours for a tire rod change and directed me to a YouTube video of how to do it. Very easy installations and won’t take an at home mechanic 5 hours, let alone an entire shop with a plethora of tools. Going somewhere else for the updated inspection. Very sorry this happened because the shop guy seemed so nice. Maybe stereotyped me as a young girl who would just drop the cash? This goes for everywhere - check before you just accept their terms!! (P.s. it seems they will respond and list out your specific diagnostic in all caps - seems a bit aggressive. Especially because as I read the other reviews similar car issues were flagged at unreasonable cost (play in rods, brake pads “almost over limit” etc, and were passed by other places). Just some observations of the online interactions here!)

Rush, Thank you for bringing us your 2010 Honda insight for inspection. unfortunately we don't have control over a vehicle safety as state guidelines and recommendations were made due the 131k mileage and age of the vehicle as per services. We are sorry the out come of inspection did not please you however here is the list by a certified ASE Tech who is also a commonwealth certified safety inspector. "VEHICLE FAILS STATE INSPECTION FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1.DRIVERS INNER AND OUTER TIE ROD END HAVE EXCESSIVE PLAY. 2.BOTH REAR SIDE MARKER LIGHTS ARE OUT. 3.BOTH FRONT SIDE MARKER LIGHTS ARE OUT. 4.HIGH BEAM HEADLIGHTS ARE UNAUTHORIZED (LED). 5.LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS ARE UNAUTHORIZED (LED). MAINTENANCE CONCERNS NOTED DURING MAINTENANCE CHECK SINCE. ENGINE AND CABIN AIR FILTERS ARE DIRTY, FRONT BRAKE PADS ARE WORN TO THE MINIMUM SAFE LIMITS. WE RECOMMEND REPLACING FRONT BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS." Let us know if had hand over a different repairs.
