Very poor customer service. Will not be back.

Jason, Looking at your repair order you came in for inspection on 2010 GMC Sierra however your vehicle was failed for the following reasons as per inspection report. If your disappointment other than the state inspection you can contact us. "CUSTOMER REQUESTS VIRGINIA STATE INSPECTION VEHICLE FAILS STATE INSPECTION FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1.CENTER MOUNTED BRAKE LIGHT LENS IS BROKEN. 2.PASSENGER FOG LIGHT IS OUT. 3.DRIVERS FOG LIGHT IS LED (UNAUTHORIZED EQUIPMENT) 4.DRIVERS FRONT SIDE MARKER LIGHT OUT. 5.BOTH LOWER BALL JOINTS HAVE EXCESSIVE PLAY. 6. BOTH STEERING RACK BOOTS ARE TORN."

Brought my car in to replace 4 tires and a oil and filter change.The price was half the amount of some other garages. Prompt service,and friendly. I found my new garage . I will bring both of my cars here.
