I was told my vehicle failed state inspection for three items. Wiper blades, chip in taillight housing, and rust on the brake rotors. The wipers work fine, no smearing or impact on visibility, but ok, no big deal. The taillight housing had a small chip I had not even noticed, on the very outside border of the housing, not in the lens area, but ok, I replaced them both. But the big ticket item was for rust on the front rotors, $800 + estimate for front bearings / rotors (which are one unit on my truck). I ordered $180.00 rotors online to install myself, received the wrong ones, sent them back, had to pay the return shipping. I decided to pull the rotors, they had very minor surface rust that came off easily with brake cleaner...I checked the inspection sheet to make sure I had not missed anything, and what do you know...nothing about brakes was even on the actual inspection sheet...Won't be going back.

We came in on a Saturday for state inspection and was helped by Eric. The staff here were very helpful and friendly. Had to leave to get a new tire and they were very flexible with us and understanding to our situation. We walked away with a valid sticker by the end of the day plus they replaced our tire. Very productive experience and quick service. Would definitely come back next time!

Please read the outcome: "CUSTOMER REQUESTS VIRGINIA STATE INSPECTION. VEHICLE FAILS INSPECTION FOR THE FOLLOWING: BOTH FRONT TIRES ARE WORN BELOW THE MINIMUM SAFE LIMITS. 2.DRIVERS REAR TIRE IS WORN BELOW THE MINIMUM SAFE LIMITS. PASSENGER REAR TIRE IS AT THE MINIMUM SAFE LIMITS. WE RECOMMEND REPLACING ALL FOUR TIRES AND PERFORMING A 4-WHEEL ALIGNMENT. BRAKE FLUID IS GREEN IN RESERVOIR. ENGINE PERFORMANCE CAN BE RESTORED BY PERFORMING A BG PLATINUM FUEL SERVICE."

I don’t recommend this place at all. I spend $2.500 to fix a problem and the problem wasn’t solved. And when I came back there they wanted to charge me $2.000 more to fix the same problem. Don’t go there try to find someone that you can trust.There is no way to replay your answer so I’m gonna answer your here, so I paid for a diagnosis and to fix the problem and you said when I went to pick it up that was all good just the horns you had no time, and I paid for everything. And the next day start the problem starts again and we went back and you just checked the same problem and the horn that was supposed to be checked the last time( because I paid ) you charged almost $500 just to look at it and nothing was fixed. And to “fix” the problem would cost $2.000 . And if you look on other’s reviews I’m not the only one who has the same problem with you. Fraud

Oliveira, We understand your frustration that your recent purchased 2006 commercial Chevy express comes with a lots of problem. You brought the vehicle for Check engine light Diag, leaking water pump, brake replacement and asked us to performed the a full tuneup which we did for $1,993.86 parts and labor. We used all top notch industry standards BG products and Napa genuine parts so you can get 24000 miles or 24 months warranty. After a week you came back for Horn which was associated with after market parts and wires were rip apart and hanging inside the dash. Our Tech spent 3 hours for HORN INOP. In order to move further we asked you for more time or another route to fix problem which cost you less. Here is his recommendation: "DIAGNOSIS OF HORN FOUND THE FOLLOWING. WE APPLIED VOLTAGE AND GROUND TO HORN AND FOUND HORN NOT WORKING. REPLACED HORN WITH NEW, AND HORN STILL DOES NOT OPERATE. WE CHECKED CONDITION OF HORN RELAY AND IT IS NOT OPERATING WHEN HORN IS SWITCHED ON. HORN RELAY IS SERVICEABLE. WE BELIEVE THERE IS A BROKEN WIRE IN HORN CIRCUIT SOMEWHERE IN STEERING COLUMN OR DASHBOARD. WE RECOMMEND RELOCATING HORN SWITCH TO PUSH BUTTON ON DASH. THIS IS THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE MEASURE TO RESTORE HORN FUNCTION. WE FOUND FLUID LEAK COMING FROM DIAGNOSIS OF HORN FOUND THE FOLLOWING. I am totally dissatisfied, they charged me a very high amount to fix a problem in my car, they didn't fix it, I went back there for them to fix the same thing I had paid, but they charged me again and they didn't fix it again, and they wanted to charge me again 2 thousand dollars to return and fix what they had already charged me.
