I went to NAPA BP for the yearly required state inspection on my vehicle. They were quick and efficient and did a full comprehensive that looked at all required systems for the state inspection and left detailed notes of what they had looked at. The state inspection was completed in under 1 hour. The staff was very professional and detailed with answering my questions. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for an auto shop that completes high quality, efficient service.

I had my vehicle serviced here for an emergency repair due to a flashing engine light. Two weeks later and my truck is still running with no problems. Im glad I had it fixed here since a lot of the issues were gone. I want to thank Adrian and Louise for helping me out

I took my car there for a inspection and watched the guy for 2 hrs go over my car like I have never seen before and gave me a rejection sticker for things that wasn't even bad would not recommend going to this place not to mention they stand around and talk most of the time

Great auto shop and fair price , fast service too

Failed me on an inspection for multiple items including a "loose steering wheel" bolt. While some items had legitimacy (foggy headlights) my steering wheel had no play to it. The tech cited nearly $1600 in repairs, then called me later and said he could drop it to $1200. Went to another business after replacing the foggy headlights, and they passed me without issue.

A huge shout out to Napa car care On lynnhaven. ADREAN kept me updated and had my Jeep in and out. He kept in contact with me about what was going on with warranty and just making sure I was in the loop and that I understood everything that was going on. In my opinion, I do believe they are affordable, and when there was an issue with the part that they ordered, they tested it and figured out it didn’t work for my jeep so they did their due diligence to order another part to make sure everything runs smoothly and it has been running smoothly. For a female, I felt safe and I felt that he was being honest and upfront, and the paperwork reflects that. I will bring My Jeep Here without a worry. Everyone there was very polite spoke to me when I came in and when I left A+ on everything. Thank you, NAPA car care on Lynnhaven!
