I had a great experience with Napa Car Care! The staff is friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in their work. The service was excellent—efficient, reliable, and they were very punctual in sticking to the timelines they promised. It’s refreshing to deal with an auto shop that values both quality and customer time. I’m definitely recommending them to others. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is to leave a little room for that extra wow factor—but overall, they’re amazing!

Very professional crew and attentive. You are taken care well, wether it is a small job or big job.

I the service and the fact that I can talk and have a conversation with Adrean or the Service Adviser. He explains the condition of the vehicle in a manner that I can understand. The only reason why I did not give it a 5-star rating is because I couldn’t wait in the shop anymore for a State Inspection work.

Amazing and kind people. Great service, quick and reasonable prices! I love that they will explain what things are and how they will fix it if asked. They are definitely my favorite auto repair shop ever!
