Very trustworthy. Brought my car in for some AC issues and they found it was a lose relay or something. I paid less than $20 for something other places might try and rip you off.

Hello, To respond and elaborate on my initial review, the alignment machine was not operable for the third time I contacted you on August 6th and for my apt on August 1st(he second time your machine was inoperable), no one ever informed us until after we arrived for our appointment. Bottom line, call your customers who have an alignment scheduled to tell them the alignment machine is down! Its common courtesy and good business! Luckily Groupon refunded me for this.

I wanted to give this place an opportunity to remedy the situation before I left a negative review but the manager just couldn't rise to the occasion. I scheduled and alignment with this company and when arriving for my appointment, on time, we are advised that the alignment machine is broken. We then got rescheduled and again the machine was broken and again, no call to advise us of the broken machine. When the rude manager called me back me after dealing with a rude receptionist, he was combative and said that "he can't call all of his customers back to let them know the alignment machine is broken", which is ridiculous for customers who have an alignment scheduled!!! I guess he would have customers waste their time by coming in to an appointment when their machine wasn't operable. Wow, what terrible customer service this place offers. My advice, DON'T go here! Shame on you guys Napa BP!

Ms. Kesha, It's not us. As per our records the 1st appointment you made was for July 29th, 2019 for a Groupon Alignment. Unfortunately we had software update for our alignment machine and the service writer called you back for another appointment which was set for August 1st, 2019 which you missed the appointment and rescheduled for August 6th 2019 with no show up for the requested alignment. After 1 Week you called yesterday and wanted us to perform alignment same day which was not possible due to the other scheduled appointment. Please have the Groupon refund your money due to the situation Manager and service writer had. Managment

After turning my truck in for a 100,000 mile check up on a Saturday, I got the truck back in non-working order. Oil Light on - Check engine light on, basically the engine was wrecked. I will never go there again, even for a state inspection. I would never recommend d them for anything.

Mr. Koegle, Sorry for the situation you had. Upon checking with the Tech, you came in with engine noise and wanted to perform 100k tune up which is he performed first and later diagnosed that you have broken, loose stretched chain and bad oil pump which needs to be fixed as well. And you approved to do the work. The Tech even stayed late Saturday until 9 PM to complete work on your vehicle due to the number of calls the Garage receiving from you and so you can drive to DC. The Tech even waived his 14 hours Labor time ($1,259.30) due to late delivery of your vehicle when you came to pickup vehicle . We tried every effort to accommodate you and the situation. We informed you that we have shortage of Tech. Please call the Garage if this does not sound right to you. Or let us know what else we can do to have a Happy Customer again. Management
