I got my car inspected and they explained the items needed to pass inspection and fixed them for an affordable price.

I love this Napa AutoCare Center. The staff is always super friendly and never tries to get me to buy anything I don't want. As a woman who doesn't know much about cars, I appreciate that they speak to me in Lehman's terms about my car and tell me what needs to be taken care of ASAP versus what can wait. They have a comfy, spacious, and clean waiting area, and so far, they're the only place that actually provide quality service for a reasonable price. My cars have survived significantly longer since I've started coming to Napa. Even when presented with coupons to go elsewhere, I always pay the extra money and come to Napa where I know they'll get the job done right.

We have had a few things done here, from oil changes to replacing the power window regulator. The staff is very helpful and the prices seem fair. This is the only place we use for car repair.

Excellent service. They went above and beyond making sure everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend.

I went here for my inspection in October, they were very friendly and helpful, I couldn't drop my car off so I had to wait in their customer lounge. It took less time than expected and their lounge was very cozy! I am definitely coming back next year!

I give them 5 stars for responsiveness and friendliness. My car overheated down the street from their shop and my teenage daughter was driving and had to leave the car in the road and wait to be rescued. I was unable to get to her since she was driving my car, I called NAPA super car care center asking if i get my car towed their and told them my car was in the middle of the road on Dam Neck just a few hundred feet from them. They said they would go check it out and let me know. They were great! I was impressed that they didn't just blow it off or say they didn't have time. They were able to get the car to the shop and do a block test on it. While they said I needed a replacement engine and I turned down this repair due to costs vs. buying another car, I had the car towed home after to die. Despite not having had work performed here, i would definitely recommend them. I am so grateful that they were there during this ordeal. :-)

I went in for an inspection and was told I needed over $1000 of work to pass. Took my car to another place and passed! My husband had just changed my brakes and they failed me! I will never go there again!

This place wanted $50 for a high mileage oil change! I went to tread quarters where it was $36 for the same oil change. This place you are paying for a NAPA name and that's it's, not worth the time and money. I'm sure they do great service but not for me.

Elite '2020 Elite '2020 Excellent customer service! We've been here for inspections/oil changes/alignments/brake replacements. They work quickly, but efficiently, and make you understand what they are doing, and why. They don't make you feel dumb, nor do they try to drain you of money. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We will continue our services here!

BE WEARY! Last Sunday dropped the work van off to get looked at and they closed and parked my van outside in the parking lot with $1000s worth of parts and tools inside and NEVER EVEN CALLED!!!! How do you do that? Thankfully I have a spare key and went and got it... manager called and apologized and made it right so I scheduled the repair to be done a week later(tomorrow). Got a call today at 11:30am saying even though I have a scheduled appointment that I scheduled a week ago....... they are closing because they think they will be slow. I have a fleet account with them and was very happy with past service but they got me again! Now I have to go ANOTHER week without a repair! Lame! I'd stay away! ** Update ** They asked one of the mechanics if he'd be willing to come in and work on the van. He agreed and the manager opened the shop to take care of my appointment. I left at 3 stars because I had to deal with the situation. The WORK is great. He found spark plugs that had never been changed even though I paid another company to change all of them 2 years ago. Also, pointed out a few other things and made recommendations. They made it right in my book and I went back today so they haven't lost my business. If they can keep up the good work I'll continue to go and soon may be recommending them again. Let me say this one more time. The work they do is great!
