Good service and friendly staff. Infact tech didnt sell me extra repair. He explained me what needed to be done on next schedule. And free wash a plus with business.

I’m 60 years old, bought my first car at 16 and in all of my 44 years of owning cars. I’ve never experienced the quality and helpfulness in Automotive Repair Customer Service that NapaBP gave me recently! I had a Groupon for a wheel alignment which is how I found NapaBP. I was shocked at how completely customer friendly they were. They even reduced my price on my front wheel alignment. Because, my car did not have certain adjustment options... UNHEARD OF! An automotive repair shop lowering their quoted repair price that a customer had already agreed to, out of simple basic sense of fairness??? This is the best, most fair and honest Auto Repair shop in Virginia Beach!!

This is the best car repair shop in va beach. Never charged me too much (reasonable price) + excellent customer dealing specially there master technician todd. Always had a good experience doing business with them. You all should go there. They took good care of my 2017 escalade.
