Brother in law goes there for a state inspection and gets rejected for a marker light out, ok cool. Tried to charge him 170.00 to change it, they said you have take all kinds of stuff apart. He brought it over and had it done in under 10 minutes. Gouging is obviously their business.

Went in for a state inspection on my car. I called ahead, and they said they could get it done right away. It took about 20 minutes. Staff was very nice and efficient.

Very helpful with a broken wiper arm. Installed it in minutes. Thank you!

Awesome little mechanic's shop. They are honest and do good work, and check in from time to time to make sure everything is running right. I go every time I need something taken care of, including state inspections.

I came in for a Vehicle Inspection. They found a nail in my front tire. They were able to patch up the tire quickly. Dog-friendly business, allow dogs to come in the lobby.

Great shop and experience. Needed a State inspection and was able to get it as well as my power steering and break fluids exchanged, and a bushing in the rear suspension replaced. Fair pricing and great same-day service. I was pleasantly surprised by the service after choosing this shop after the first two I called couldn't get me in for the inspection. (2007 mazda 3 2.0). Eric was wonderful to work with and did right by me. With a service center like this, my car will stay on the road for many more miles to come. Thank you for the fantastic service and experience.

Normally I don't participate in reviews but when you receive quality service I think consumers should know about it. On 5 Jan 2022 I had a pre purchase vehicle inspection conducted. I was in & out of there in less than hour. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They took very good care of me in easing my mind that I had nothing to worry with buying this car. I was very satisfied with my service and would highly recommend them. Now a days it's hard to find reputable companies that have integrity and treat there customers right. That being said, thank you Napa BP for your transparency and honestly. Because of that I'm enjoying my new ride! 🙂
