Great shop and experience. Needed a State inspection and was able to get it as well as my power steering and break fluids exchanged, and a bushing in the rear suspension replaced. Fair pricing and great same-day service. I was pleasantly surprised by the service after choosing this shop after the first two I called couldn't get me in for the inspection. (2007 mazda 3 2.0). Eric was wonderful to work with and did right by me. With a service center like this, my car will stay on the road for many more miles to come. Thank you for the fantastic service and experience.

Normally I don't participate in reviews but when you receive quality service I think consumers should know about it. On 5 Jan 2022 I had a pre purchase vehicle inspection conducted. I was in & out of there in less than hour. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They took very good care of me in easing my mind that I had nothing to worry with buying this car. I was very satisfied with my service and would highly recommend them. Now a days it's hard to find reputable companies that have integrity and treat there customers right. That being said, thank you Napa BP for your transparency and honestly. Because of that I'm enjoying my new ride! 🙂

My car broke down on dam neck rd 2 days before Christmas and thankfully I was able to get to Napa BP …. It broke down after hours and I left it in hopes that it would be ok to just leave it there. Which of course it was. Erik was so very kind and helpful. I didn’t expect the genuine compassion for the situation I found myself in. It was so refreshing in such a crazy time to stumble upon this gem in our city. I will absolutely bring my car and my son’s back in for any service & repair needs. You’ll get top notch service with a hometown feel. Highly recommend!

NAPA BP was very quick and efficient! They were also the only service place that would take me for a state inspection, I will only use them from now on.
