I wanted to give this place an opportunity to remedy the situation before I left a negative review but the manager just couldn't rise to the occasion. I scheduled and alignment with this company and when arriving for my appointment, on time, we are advised that the alignment machine is broken. We then got rescheduled and again the machine was broken and again, no call to advise us of the broken machine. When the rude manager called me back me after dealing with a rude receptionist, he was combative and said that "he can't call all of his customers back to let them know the alignment machine is broken", which is ridiculous for customers who have an alignment scheduled!!! I guess he would have customers waste their time by coming in to an appointment when their machine wasn't operable. Wow, what terrible customer service this place offers. My advice, DON'T go here! Shame on you guys Napa BP!
Ms. Kesha, It's not us. As per our records the 1st appointment you made was for July 29th, 2019 for a Groupon Alignment. Unfortunately we had software update for our alignment machine and the service writer called you back for another appointment which was set for August 1st, 2019 which you missed the appointment and rescheduled for August 6th 2019 with no show up for the requested alignment. After 1 Week you called yesterday and wanted us to perform alignment same day which was not possible due to the other scheduled appointment. Please have the Groupon refund your money due to the situation Manager and service writer had. Managment
