Service was excellent! I came in for a state inspection and was in and out in 30 minutes. Employee was friendly and customer service oriented. The mechanic who looked at my car was thorough. The shop was clean as well.

The greatest experience I ever had!! The were honest and did it in a timely manner. I like to thank Nestor for making my my experience at a comfort level. I just had the worst experience with tire choice. I was kinda reluctant to come to Napa. The men that work there are very professional and experience!!!

Such great customer service! Caroline was super friendly and helpful. Was able to get a vehicle inspection as a walk in with no wait. I was so pleased I asked for a quote for additional work for my other vehicle. Will definitely be returning.
