Very welcoming and polite on my first visit when it cost me $3000.00, and when I return to see if they can repair their work they say that can’t fit my truck in their garage. They were able to make it fit when it came out of my pocket. Never again will I visit this establishment.

I got my car inspected and they explained the items needed to pass inspection and fixed them for an affordable price.

I love this Napa AutoCare Center. The staff is always super friendly and never tries to get me to buy anything I don't want. As a woman who doesn't know much about cars, I appreciate that they speak to me in Lehman's terms about my car and tell me what needs to be taken care of ASAP versus what can wait. They have a comfy, spacious, and clean waiting area, and so far, they're the only place that actually provide quality service for a reasonable price. My cars have survived significantly longer since I've started coming to Napa. Even when presented with coupons to go elsewhere, I always pay the extra money and come to Napa where I know they'll get the job done right.

We have had a few things done here, from oil changes to replacing the power window regulator. The staff is very helpful and the prices seem fair. This is the only place we use for car repair.

Excellent service. They went above and beyond making sure everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend.

I went here for my inspection in October, they were very friendly and helpful, I couldn't drop my car off so I had to wait in their customer lounge. It took less time than expected and their lounge was very cozy! I am definitely coming back next year!
