Great, Friendly Service and Honest People this car repair shop has everything...FREE WI-FI AND SHUTTLE SERVICE, FREE COFFEE OR FOUNTAIN DRINKS, great ambience of course friendly people.. I always get reliable and trusted information from NAPA BP. They don't try to sell you any service that your car don't need. I went there from a simple oil change but will be back when my car needs service. NOW I'M A NAPA BP CUSTOMER FOR LIFE :)

I went here for the first time today. The people were so friendly, both in the automotive services side & the gas station. They were also quick & efficient. I will definitely be getting my repairs & maintenance done here from now on. Thanks everyone! Especially the young lady in the office part. I'm terrible with names so I don't remember hers, but she was very nice and had great conversation.

Sophia was super courteous. The guys were polite and made sure to explain the issue. Thankful to have brought it in for a routine alignment only to discover a more immediate repair needed.

Hello, To respond and elaborate on my initial review, the alignment machine was not operable for the third time I contacted you on August 6th and for my apt on August 1st(he second time your machine was inoperable), no one ever informed us until after we arrived for our appointment. Bottom line, call your customers who have an alignment scheduled to tell them the alignment machine is down! Its common courtesy and good business! Luckily Groupon refunded me for this.

I wanted to give this place an opportunity to remedy the situation before I left a negative review but the manager just couldn't rise to the occasion. I scheduled and alignment with this company and when arriving for my appointment, on time, we are advised that the alignment machine is broken. We then got rescheduled and again the machine was broken and again, no call to advise us of the broken machine. When the rude manager called me back me after dealing with a rude receptionist, he was combative and said that "he can't call all of his customers back to let them know the alignment machine is broken", which is ridiculous for customers who have an alignment scheduled!!! I guess he would have customers waste their time by coming in to an appointment when their machine wasn't operable. Wow, what terrible customer service this place offers. My advice, DON'T go here! Shame on you guys Napa BP!

Ms. Kesha, It's not us. As per our records the 1st appointment you made was for July 29th, 2019 for a Groupon Alignment. Unfortunately we had software update for our alignment machine and the service writer called you back for another appointment which was set for August 1st, 2019 which you missed the appointment and rescheduled for August 6th 2019 with no show up for the requested alignment. After 1 Week you called yesterday and wanted us to perform alignment same day which was not possible due to the other scheduled appointment. Please have the Groupon refund your money due to the situation Manager and service writer had. Managment
