I took my Jeep to this place for an alignment of which they could not perform, because first they called to tell me my tires were missing chunks and they said because of that they could not align it. My boyfriend went back up there and looked and what they showed him was not chunks missing from my tires just uneven wear from a bad alignment so he told them to do the alignment and they said okay. Then they said the part they needed to adjust was seized up and that they could not get it loose so I needed to replace it. We bought the parts somewhere else and are installing them now only to find they completely over tightened my lug nuts and cross threaded one to the point where chunks of threads fell off and now that whole piece will now cost me more money and I’ll have to replace it. The part that they needed to loosen to preform the alignment they left bolts that they could break loose, un-tightened and we also just found that today as well while replacing parts. So I don’t recommend this place if you care about your safety and your wallet.

They are a pretty good bunch of guys. The staff is very knowledgeable. The location is very visible and located right on Dam Neck Rd near Holland Rd. I've been taking my cars there since they opened a few years ago. They are accurate when they tell you when you're car will be ready and they are very good at notifying you with updates. When the estimates were a little too high for my budget, they worked to help find cheaper parts or alternate solutions. Sometimes you'll have to press them for that information though. The staff has showed great patience and willingness to help even when I had a million questions to try to figure out if I could postpone some repairs or try to do them myself. They have been very instrumental in a few of my DIY projects and were very open and honest about sharing their expertise. I think that's the biggest reason why I have come to trust them. Oh yeah, their waiting area is big and quite nice. There's free coffee, tv, and wifi too. I don't like having my cars in for repairs but this is a pretty good place to go. UPDATE: As of 2019, they have downsized the building and services. They moved next door and no longer do full service repairs, just oil changes and I think inspections. What a bummer! I used drop off and walk home.

Quick inspection staff super friendly

I give this business 5 stars and would give more if there were more than 5! I walked out of work last night and got in my car and the tire pressure on one of my tires read 11!! I knew I had to get somewhere fast! I work over at Landstown Commons and drove over here to the Napa BP. I ran in and asked the girl at the counter if someone could help me at least get my donut on until I could get home and she said without hesitating "sure"! A young man came from out back and said pull the car around back and he came right out with a jack and lug wrench and took the tire off and then took it over to see what was causing the issue. Of course, it was a nail which I had suspected! He took it out and patched my tire up and put it back on all within 20 minutes! I was just so blown away at how fast they helped me and how nice they all were about the situation! Customer service like this is almost unheard of these days! Not sure of their names, but the 2 that helped me deserve to be addressed! Thanks so much and I can't tell you guys how much I appreciated the help in a time of need!

Went here for an alignment. George was the tech that I spoke to and got me taken care of. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained in detail what needed to be done for me to get my alignment 100%. Brittany at the front was very polite and professional as well. Great service!!
