Overall experience was great. I was impressed with the safety details Adrean provided. Those details helped me make a better decision regarding fixing my car. Although I still hear that quiet thump, I will take a closer look at the trunk of the car as it could be something I am carrying in the trunk or possibly my spare tire. Doesn't care about his machine even though the customer complain that the pre soak did not work.. All he cares is the money coming in..
